MGS International (T) Ltd is a reputable and leading Oil Marketing Company Incorporated and Operating in East Africa and neighboring countries. The company has the following Vacancy for suitable candidate in search of sure path to develop in their carrier:

JOB PURPOSE:
Undertaking the evaluation of existing training scheme reward schemes and recommending as well as executing practical training plans in ference to the market trend to assist in attraction and retention of staff.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research, develop, and recommend training strategies, within the areas of job for.
a) Maintaining relevant data of staff training, job evaluation and development opportunities.
b) Establishing measures to ensure consistency in various HR practices relating to grading & job descriptions.
c) Carrying out other related human resource activities as may be assigned by superiors.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree / Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management A minimum of 3 years experience & strong knowledge of training strategies and job evaluation systems
