Appointment to this position requires an energetic, assertive person who holds qt least a B. degree in Human Resources or a National Diploma in Personnel Management, coupled with HR experience, preferably gained within a retail environment. Exceptional organisational and people skills, combined with willingness to work retail hours, are of prime importance. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, as extensive travelling within Tanzania is involved.
In addition to staff training, recruitment and selection, the appointee will also accept responsibility for industrial relations, personnel administration, as well as productivity management/control.
